Job Description

If you're dedicated to youth development, consider joining our team as a 4-H Youth Educator. This role involves mentoring youth and creating programs that inspire, engage, and enrich their learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging educational activities tailored for youth aged 5-18.
• Work with local schools and community partners to enrich program content.
• Conduct assessments of program impact and participant feedback.
• Lead workshops on leadership development, STEM, and healthy living.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new program ideas.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to promote programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate a safe and supportive environment for all youth participants.
• Encourage parent and community involvement in 4-H activities.
• Track participant progress and provide regular feedback.
• Provide training and support to volunteers assisting in programs.

Advantageous

• Experience in program evaluation: Skilled in analyzing program effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Experience working with diverse populations: Ability to engage and work effectively with diverse youth groups.
