Job Description

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies. You will oversee end-to-end E-commerce operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive growth in a competitive online marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability and inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize the overall e-commerce experience.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline order fulfillment processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

• 5+ years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing leadership
