You will be responsible for strategizing and executing e-commerce initiatives that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute online marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Optimize website design and User Interface (UI) to enhance customer engagement.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Innovate new methods to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing
