Join our team as a First-Line Supervisor of Material-Moving Machine Operators and lead a group of dispatchers. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, monitoring traffic conditions, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the dispatch team responsible for daily operations.
• Ensure effective communication between dispatchers, drivers, and management.
• Monitor and analyze efficiency metrics to recommend improvements.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes safety and efficiency.
• Implement new technologies to streamline dispatch operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in transportation

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Transportation Manager (CTM)

Languages
