This role involves planning and executing a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conventions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creativity, exceptional organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative and engaging event proposals for clients.
  • Monitor and optimize event registrations and attendance.
  • Research trends and best practices in event planning.
  • Coordinate with artists and entertainers as needed.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss event progress and strategies.
  • Document lessons learned and opportunities for future improvements.
  • Support marketing strategies to elevate event visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning with a focus on corporate events
