Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parachute Packer to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously packing parachutes and ensuring their proper deployment. Attention to detail and precision are crucial to maintaining safety standards and ensuring the success of each jump.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all packing operations adhere to strict quality control measures.
• Manage inventory of packing materials and order supplies as needed.
• Review packing and deployment procedures with team leads.
• Mentor junior packers on best practices for parachute assembly.
• Evaluate parachute performance based on deployment output.
• Actively participate in safety drills and training exercises.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in rigging or aerial equipment maintenance is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in parachute packing or a related field is advantageous but not required.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of emergency procedures
• Physical stamina
