Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of project budgets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide updates on financial performance against budget.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist project teams in understanding and complying with financial policies.
• Ensure timely payments and collections related to project work.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and project management teams.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding financial processes within projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial management or project controlling

• Microsoft Excel

Certifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
