Job Description

As a CADD Drafter at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and schematics using cutting-edge software. Your work will support various construction and manufacturing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an organized filing system for all CAD documents.
• Create construction documents and specifications in collaboration with project managers.
• Ensure that all drawings are updated and reflect the latest project changes.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new drafting staff.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Provide support for construction crews as needed to resolve drawing-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
