Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Contract Negotiator. In this role, you will be key in finalizing agreements, reviewing contract terms, and ensuring that all parties adhere to obligations and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough contract reviews and suggest revisions.
  • Develop templates for standard contracts to streamline processes.
  • Assist in developing policies related to contract management.
  • Analyze contract performance and compliance metrics.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing legal insights.
  • Work with the finance team to assess contract impacts on budgets.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Facilitate contract-related meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management
