Responsibilities
Conduct thorough contract reviews and suggest revisions.
Develop templates for standard contracts to streamline processes.
Assist in developing policies related to contract management.
Analyze contract performance and compliance metrics.
Support strategic initiatives by providing legal insights.
Work with the finance team to assess contract impacts on budgets.
Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Facilitate contract-related meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management
