Responsibilities

• Setup and install window air conditioning systems at residential and commercial locations.
• Conduct electrical wiring setups for a variety of air conditioning units.
• Ensure each installation is insulated well to avoid energy waste.
• Identify malfunctioning units and provide troubleshooting and repair services.
• Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction through effective service.
• Document all service-related activities, including installations and customer feedback.
• Work cohesively with colleagues to improve installation productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices for HVAC installations consistently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in HVAC installation or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in window air conditioner installation or related HVAC field.
