Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Phoenix team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mechanical design and a passion for innovative engineering solutions. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
• Assist with the development of new technologies and processes.
• Coordinate with project managers for resource allocation and scheduling.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout project phases.
• Investigate equipment failures to determine root causes and solutions.
• Participate in safety audits and engineering assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product design and development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management
• Lean Manufacturing

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
