Job Description
As a Sports Coach, you will guide athletes in Miami to develop their skills and excel in their respective sports. You'll foster a positive team atmosphere and motivate players to achieve their personal best.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging training programs tailored to individual athlete needs.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to athletes.
Organize team-building activities to enhance unity and cooperation.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and trends.
Assist in the recruitment and selection of new athletes.
Build community relations and promote the team in local events.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
Certification in Coaching preferred
Experience
4+ years of experience coaching youth or competitive sports
