Responsibilities

• Exercise and condition horses regularly to enhance their racing capabilities.
• Compete in various racing events to secure top positions.
• Develop and modify race strategies based on horse performance and conditions.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure race readiness.
• Keep up-to-date with racing regulations and best practices.
• Engage in public relations activities to promote both the sport and your accomplishments.
• Ensure each horse receives proper care and attention before and after races.
• Evaluate race results and incorporate feedback into training for future races.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a jockey is advantageous.
