Join our fast-paced automotive team as a Retail Salesperson, where you'll assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle. You will leverage your people skills to build rapport with clients, guide them through the purchasing process, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the dealership.
• Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle and financing options.
• Conduct engaging and informative test drives.
• Negotiate and finalize vehicle purchases.
• Follow-up with previous customers to foster customer loyalty.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in ongoing product training sessions.
• Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals and promotions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through every interaction.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive sales

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Social Media Platforms

Soft Skills

• Team-oriented
• Self-motivated

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in digital marketing: Experience with online sales platforms and social media advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with financing options: Understanding various vehicle financing options is advantageous.
