Job Description

The Electric Razor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric razors for both commercial and retail customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in electric razor repair, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate malfunctions in electric razors and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep track of and manage inventory of parts and repairs.
• Assist customers with product questions and repair options.
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimize service disruptions.
• Engage in ongoing product training to enhance technical skills.
• Support a positive team environment by sharing knowledge.
• Rescue customer satisfaction through effective communication and solutions.
• Contribute to improving repair processes and service practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electric razor repair, with a preference for those who have worked with various brands.

Technical Skills

• Repair tools proficiency
• Understanding of schematics

Languages

• English: Fluent
