Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation, including setup and calibration.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality.
• Identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Keep work areas organized and maintain cleanliness.
• Document all operations clearly and accurately.
• Support the training and development of junior operators.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Textile Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile production

Languages
