Job Description

We are seeking a Box Puller to join our dedicated warehouse team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling boxes and containers both manually and with the use of machinery, ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull boxes manually and with machinery, ensuring swift operations.
• Scan, label, and document boxes to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Stack pallets and organize the warehouse space efficiently.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to enhance productivity.
• Keep work areas tidy and free of hazards.
• Assist in quality control by checking boxes for damage before shipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report issues to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.

Technical Skills

• Forklift License
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Barcode Scanning

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
