Responsibilities
Educate clients on how to operate their alarm systems effectively.
Provide feedback to management on system performance and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with local law enforcement on alarm-related issues as needed.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Certifications in security systems will be an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the security systems field
Technical Skills
Experience with fire alarm systems and CCTV systems
Proficiency in using hand and power tools

Languages
