Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our engineering team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and managing a variety of civil engineering projects, including transportation, site development, and environmental projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that meet project specifications and enhance quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction documents and engineering drawings.
  • Monitor construction sites to ensure project specifications are followed.
  • Develop budgets and schedule estimates for engineering work.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
  • Participate in public consultations and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during the construction phase.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering

  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D

Certifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus
Languages
