We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, ensuring the best use of resources to maximize efficiency. You will work on designing systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and energy to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation assessments.
• Work closely with quality control to address manufacturing issues.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or operations management
