Job Description

We seek an experienced Electrical and Electronics Repairer to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves precise troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and troubleshoot defects and damages on PCBs.
  • Perform rework operations such as soldering, desoldering, and component replacement.
  • Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure precision in rework.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to validate the functionality of the repaired equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair activities and communicate findings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize repair efficiency.
  • Provide training to junior team members on repair techniques and safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in electronics repair.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in PCB rework or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB rework or similar role
