Carroting Machine Operator

Job Description

The Carroting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining automated equipment that applies coating to textiles and other materials. This role requires technical expertise in the use of machinery, as well as knowledge of product specifications and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the carroting machine.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to meet high standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Document production metrics and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery operation and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification or training in machine operation or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of industrial automation
• Data analysis tools familiarity

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with computer-controlled machinery: Hands-on experience operating computer-controlled production machinery.
