Responsibilities

• Run and monitor metal molding machinery to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Verify that molds are adequately prepared before production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Document all critical production data diligently.
• Work closely with engineers and other operators to optimize processes.
• Participate in training sessions to elevate operational standards.
• Adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
• Maintain statistical process control to ensure the quality of products.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in metalworking or related field

Experience

• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
