Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our San Diego team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, project management, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative structures while working closely with clients and other stakeholders to bring visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine architectural plans using design software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure design intent is followed.
• Foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare bid documents and negotiate contracts.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools to visualize architectural concepts.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and reporting.
• Advocate for environmentally sustainable building practices.
• Attend industry seminars and workshops to enhance knowledge.
• Engage in community events to promote firm visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Customer Focus

Certifications

• Registered Architect License
• Architecture Certification Board

Languages

• English: Fluent
