Responsibilities

• Research and incorporate new technologies into process design to improve performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure proper implementation of new processes.
• Cross-train with different engineering divisions to improve project results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
