We are seeking skilled Welders, Cutters, Solderers, and Brazers to join our production team in New York City. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical skills and a commitment to quality. You will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring that all work meets the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various welding methods and equipment for fabrication and assembly.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure product quality and performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Document production processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certificate in welding preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in welding, cutting, or soldering

Technical Skills

• Arc Welding
• Soldering Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication shop is preferred.
• Knowledge of heat treatment processes: Understanding of heat treatment and its applications in welding is beneficial.
