Job Description
As a K-12 School Principal, you'll lead the school community, implement strategic goals, and foster strong relationships with families and educators to enrich our students' educational journey.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily school operations and educational programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local education regulations.
Support and manage staff performance and professional development.
Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to foster community engagement.
Develop and implement school policies and procedures.

Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Education or a related field
State principal certification/license
Experience
5+ years of successful teaching experience and 3+ years in school administration
