Job Description

As a K-12 School Principal, you'll lead the school community, implement strategic goals, and foster strong relationships with families and educators to enrich our students' educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily school operations and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local education regulations.
• Support and manage staff performance and professional development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to foster community engagement.
• Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for school initiatives.
• Facilitate a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Organize and supervise school events and activities.
• Conduct regular assessments of student and staff progress.
• Create a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• State principal certification/license

Experience

• 5+ years of successful teaching experience and 3+ years in school administration
