Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Short-Term Substitute Teacher to provide temporary instructional support. Your role will ensure a smooth learning experience and uphold a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Follow lesson plans while being flexible to adjust based on student needs.
Provide feedback to students and assist them with their academic progress.
Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching strategies.
Assist with administrative duties as required, including reporting attendance.
Participate in school activities and events to build community and rapport.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification or substitute teaching permit
Experience
Prior experience in teaching or working with students is preferred.
