Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Chemical Equipment Operator and Tender to join our Dallas facility. Ideal candidates will operate and maintain refining equipment, ensuring optimum quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation of chemical equipment in refining.
• Adjust parameters to maintain quality and efficiency of production.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain comprehensive records.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any deviations.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support new product development initiatives and trials.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial operations.

Technical Skills

• Process control software
• PLC programming

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Hazardous Materials Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles: Familiarity with Lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
