We are seeking dedicated Helpers for our talented Brickmasons, Blockmasons, Stonemasons, and Tile and Marble Setters. In this hands-on role, you will assist with masonry tasks and learn valuable skills while contributing to our ongoing projects. This position is ideal for those eager to grow in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation and cleanup tasks.
• Aid masons in setting tiles and ensuring alignment and pattern.
• Assist in the mixing and application of construction materials.
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors for installations.
• Engage in safety training and practice safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness for use.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in construction preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of masonry techniques
• Basic tool handling

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Team player

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Prior experience in masonry or tile installation: Experience working with brick, stone, or tile preferred.
• OSHA safety certification: Certification showing commitment to workplace safety practices.
