Job Description

We are seeking an Almond Huller responsible for operating hulling equipment and ensuring high-quality almond production in a fast-paced processing environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor almond hulling machines throughout the production process.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and equipment efficacy.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency.
• Document daily production reports and metrics.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Equipment Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certification for operating forklifts will be a plus.
