Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce top-quality clay products. The role involves monitoring product quality, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Inspect clay product quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to machinery.
• Assist in training new operators in machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Report any mechanical issues to the Production Manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience working in manufacturing environments

Technical Skills

• Power Tool Proficiency

Advantageous

• Experience with Different Clay Types: Knowledge of material properties for different clay products.
