Job Description

The Bin Filler is responsible for efficiently filling bins with products and materials in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that products are accurately sorted and filled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently fill bins with products based on inventory needs and demand.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries.
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina
• Basic mathematical skills

• Ability to follow instructions

Certifications

• Valid forklift operator certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
