Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Tester to join our Tampa team. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality of our software products by developing and executing test plans and cases. As an integral part of the software development process, your keen eye for detail will help identify and resolve issues before our software reaches clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an engaging store environment for customers.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work closely with vendors to manage inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns and share updates.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and manage shrinkage effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail
