Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our Orlando team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and standards and be eager to take on challenges in infrastructure projects. You will work closely alongside our project managers and other engineers to ensure design integrity and project success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed planning and design for infrastructure projects, including roadways and drainage systems.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
• Maintain documentation on project specifications and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainable design practices: Knowledge of environmentally friendly design principles.
