Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Engineer to bring their expertise to our Philadelphia office. In this role, you will design and implement electrical systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities

  • Create electrical schematics and drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of electrical systems to optimize performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with technological advancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new projects.
  • Take part in post-project evaluations to determine successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles
