Buggy Ladle Tender

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Buggy Ladle Tender to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain the buggy ladle, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of molten metal from the furnace to the casting machine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety gear is worn at all times while operating the buggy ladle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating a buggy ladle or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with other foundry equipment: Experience operating furnaces or casting machines is a plus.
