Job Description

Join us as a Service Engineer! In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair a variety of technical products. Strong mechanical and electrical competencies are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Document all service activities and customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment.
  • Support training and development of junior service engineers.
  • Develop solutions to enhance product performance.
  • Attend training sessions to sharpen technical skills.
  • Participate in scheduling and planning of service calls.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a service engineering or technical support role
