Responsibilities

• Lead the product marketing function to increase product awareness.
• Gather and analyze product feedback from customers to inform future enhancements.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report results.
• Manage the development of promotional materials and product documentation.
• Engage in competitive analysis to position products effectively.
• Drive cross-channel marketing efforts to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the marketing team.
• Facilitate workshops and training for sales teams on product details.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles
