Job Description

The Process Engineer will be pivotal in designing and implementing manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and quality. This role involves collaborating with various production teams to identify areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize production workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new approaches into existing production.
  • Facilitate training sessions for production staff on new protocols and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on process performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in all processes.
  • Participate in audits and assist in the documentation of findings.
  • Maintain an updated database of process improvement projects.
  • Champion Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
