Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Biomass Power Plant Manager to manage production activities, ensure safety compliance, and implement efficient operational practices in line with best practices in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
  • Carry out performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout all operations.
  • Manage supply chain activities related to biomass procurement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new biomass production opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management on production performance and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferable

  • 5+ years in managing energy production operations
