Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will dispense prescriptions, provide patient consultations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacology and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and create individualized care plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education on rehabilitation and wellness strategies.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social interaction and motivation.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages
