Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our team of dedicated early childhood educators. The ideal candidate will implement engaging and age-appropriate curricula while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a stimulating environment for young children.
  • Foster relationships that encourage social and emotional growth.
  • Plan and facilitate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and language skills.
  • Document and track each child's progress and milestones.
  • Work closely with colleagues for program planning and assessment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Incorporate play-based learning approaches in daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with parents to support children's learning at home.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
  • Additional certifications in child development preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a childcare or preschool environment
