Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Child Care Worker Supervisor who will oversee daily operations and lead a team of child care workers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our children receive the best care and support in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated group of child care workers.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions on child development principles.
  • Ensure children's safety during all activities.
  • Prepare reports for management on staff performance and children's progress.
  • Foster relationships with local communities and partner organizations.
  • Implement new child care policies as needed.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation among the staff.
  • Develop emergency response protocols in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in child care with supervisory experience strongly preferred
