We are looking for an experienced Child Care Worker Supervisor who will oversee daily operations and lead a team of child care workers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our children receive the best care and support in a safe environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a dedicated group of child care workers.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct training sessions on child development principles.
Ensure children's safety during all activities.
Prepare reports for management on staff performance and children's progress.
Foster relationships with local communities and partner organizations.
Implement new child care policies as needed.
Encourage creativity and innovation among the staff.
Develop emergency response protocols in collaboration with the team.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years in child care with supervisory experience strongly preferred
