Job Description

As a Patternmaker at Innovative Designs LLC, you will analyze complex data sets and identify trends to create innovative patterns in metal and plastic. You will work closely with various teams to ensure designs meet our high standards for quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of production data and design quality metrics.
• Innovate and refine existing patterns based on data analysis.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
• Propose new ideas and approaches to improve efficiency and quality.
• Document design processes and maintain accurate records of all designs.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing new patterns and designs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Strong proficiency with relevant software platforms, languages, and tools.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced data visualization tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI to present data effectively.
