ICU Travel Registered Nurse

Job Description

Join our medical team as an ICU Travel Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing specialized care to patients in critical condition. In this role, you will ensure patient comfort and well-being throughout their stay in the ICU, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess patients and adjust care plans based on their needs.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff as necessary.
• Document patient care activities in a detailed and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care requirements.
• Support adherence to healthcare and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in travel nursing preferred.
