Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of workplace ergonomics and propose enhancements.
  • Work closely with clients to design and implement ergonomically sound workspace layouts.
  • Provide expert advice on the selection of ergonomic furniture and equipment.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to determine the success of implemented changes.
  • Facilitate workshops to educate staff on maintaining ergonomic practices.
  • Analyze feedback from assessments to continuously improve ergonomic strategies.
  • Develop safety materials and resources for client distribution.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary projects integrating ergonomics into new product designs.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to ergonomics.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking to improve workplace safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Master's degree in Ergonomics or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ergonomics or workplace safety
