Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Real Estate Sales Agents who can join our reputable firm in Dallas. This role involves guiding clients through the real estate process, from market research to closing deals. The successful candidate will engage with both buyers and sellers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market conditions to identify key investment opportunities.
  • Support clients in navigating the purchasing, selling, or leasing journey.
  • Deliver accurate property valuations and market assessments.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts for clients.
  • Keep abreast of local and national regulations affecting real estate.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate property showings and facilitate client inspections.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and proposals for client review.
  • Collaborate closely with a network of real estate professionals.
  • Manage all necessary documentation for seamless transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is highly favored
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
