Job Description
The Packaging and Filling Machine Operator is essential in ensuring the accurate filling and packaging of various gas cylinders. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the cylinder filling processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on cylinders to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document filling activities and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with equipment.
- Assist in training new operators on safety and operational practices.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced as per schedule.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Experience in industrial gas manufacturing (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Experience with filling procedures
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
Languages
- English: Fluent
