Join our production team as a Knocker, where you will be responsible for performing knocking tests on various structures to evaluate their strength, quality, and durability. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and experience in quality assurance processes. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive strength and durability tests.
• Generate and maintain a database of test results.
• Collaborate with product development teams on quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Ensure all testing processes align with industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in testing techniques.
• Evaluate and propose new testing tools or technologies.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or testing roles.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar production role: Prior experience in production environments is a plus.
